KISS Computing, Inc. Billing Policies and Procedures
These Terms and Conditions are intended to make clear the nature of the relationship that will exist between KISS Computing and its clients. We encourage all clients to become familiar with our terms before embarking on a project with us.
KISS Computing is committed to client satisfaction. KISS is a member of the HTML Writer's Guild, the International Webmaster Association, and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. KISS is also a member of the Better Business Bureau ( ID# 79087 ), and abides by all the membership standards of that organization. The BBB provides, at no cost to you, dispute resolution and arbitration - which no client of KISS has ever needed or used. Notwithstanding the nature of any issue of dispute between KISS Computing and a client, the absolute limit of KISS Computing's liability shall be the price of the project or the product purchased.

• All invoices are due upon receipt, and are considered late 14 days from their mailing date.
• All files created by KISS that collectively constitute a web site as viewed online, and not including source files, become the property of the client when the invoice is paid in full. All techniques, algorithms, methods, programming scripts and rights owned by KISS at the commencement of a project and employed by KISS in the performance of services (“KISS Materials”) are and shall remain the property of KISS unless in the public domain. KISS grants to client a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use, modify, transfer and maintain the KISS Materials as an integral part of the web site for which the KISS Materials were developed, and for no other purpose.
• Finance charges of 1.5% per month on past due invoices will be assessed.
• KISS Computing reserves the right to change these policies in the future.

KISS Computing On Line Product Policy
KISS Computing offers on line products such as domain name registration, blogware and other custom-developed systems. The delivery system for some products is fully automated, and orders for them may be processed completely on line through our web site. KISS Computing offers assistance and technical support in the purchasing of these products, and you may call 508-255-9550, Ext. 404 for that assistance.
Domain name registrations purchased through KISSnames.com (KISS Computing) will be renewed automatically thirty (30) days prior to their expiration dates. The KISSnames.com system will provide clients an email receipt of such renewals in each instance.
Each client will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions of OpenSRS Tucows, the Registrar for whom KISSnames.com is a licensed reseller, as part of the registration of a domain name, or the purchase of blogware and other such OpenSRS Tucows products that may be offered for sale by KISS Computing in the future, as well as all KISSnames.com Terms and Conditions, including this Policy Statement.
KISS Computing believes these products to be of high quality and fit for their intended purposes, and that is why we are a licensed reseller for OpenSRS Tucows. However, KISS Computing offers no warranty nor makes any guarantee for their performance. KISS Computing does provide technical assistance for their use by our clients, although OpenSRS Tucows, for whom KISS is a licensed reseller, remains ultimately responsible for the performance of their domain name registration and blogware systems.
Should any dispute arise between KISS Computing and a client of these products, the absolute liability of KISS Computing in resolving any such dispute shall be limited to the cost of the product paid to KISS by the client.
